Return & Exchange Policy

Every abbyrose product is made especially for you once you place your order, and we want you to love them!

If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, such as an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know upon receipt and we will make it right!

If you find that you accidentally ordered the wrong size or need to exchange for another reason, we are happy to do that within 14 days of receipt! Just send us an email with the details of the exchange request, and return the item in new condition and with original packaging to the address below. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless we shipped an incorrect order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we accept returns within 14 days of date of receipt. Just email us to get a return authorization and send back your item in new condition and original packaging. We will refund the cost of your item in the form of your original payment or provide store credit based on your preference. Shipping fees are not refundable. We cannot accept returns on items that show wear or are returned after the 14 day window.

If your product breaks or has other defects within 90 days of receipt, please contact us by email at support@shopabbyrose.com along with a photo/video and description of the problem. Any damage that occurs after 90 days is considered normal wear and tear.

Please note that while we do strive to offer cases that are both affordable and protective, we do not guarantee to prevent all damage to your device.
